exercising from the comfort of home

I started with installing advanced cooling systems into my basement.

If I’m being honest with you, I’m pretty obsessed with my weight & body composition. Like anybody else, I want to look fantastic & feel fantastic about myself. However, one of the things that I have typically struggled to achieve is getting enough intensive exercise throughout my afternoon. I easily prefer getting out & moving around, but I am not a big fan of running or toiling up a substantial sweat. I also particularly hate going to the gym where people are continually staring at you. I appreciate a slow, quiet & independent workout such as hiking or stretching. It’s just a lot harder for me to sign up for the gym, where I’m destined to be next to grunting strongmen & sweaty machinery! None of that inspires me to continue with a designated workout plan afternoon after afternoon. Frankly, I have visited several severely sizzling & uncomfortable gyms in my lifetime. When they don’t have sufficient air temperature control or air purification installed in these locations, it is impossible for me to work out. That’s why, I finally offered up on finding the perfect workout location outside the home. I made my own home gym. I started with installing advanced cooling systems into my basement. By that, I mean that I acquired some small window units to cool one particular room. Then, I went out & found a dehumidifier to disaffix additional sweat from the air. Finally, I obtained a utility fan for additional ventilation. These afternoons, I work out more than ever & I couldn’t be more comfortable in my modern gym.
