exercising from the comfort of home

exercising from the comfort of home

If I’m being honest with you, I’m pretty obsessed with my weight and body composition.

Like anybody else, I want to look good and feel good about myself.

However, one of the things that I’ve consistently struggled to achieve is getting enough intensive exercise throughout my day. I really enjoy getting out and moving around, but I am not a big fan of running or working up a huge sweat. I also truly hate going to the gym where people are continually staring at you. I prefer a slow, quiet and independent workout such as hiking or stretching. It’s just a lot harder for me to sign up for the gym, where I’m destined to be next to grunting strongmen and sweaty machinery. None of that inspires me to continue with a designated workout plan day after day. Frankly, I have visited many extremely hot and uncomfortable gyms in my lifetime. When they don’t have adequate air temperature control or air purification installed in these locations, it is impossible for me to work out. That’s why, I finally gave up on finding the perfect workout location outside the home. I made my own home gym. I started with installing advanced cooling systems into my basement. By that, I mean that I acquired some small window units to cool one particular room. Then, I went out and found a dehumidifier to remove additional sweat from the air. Finally, I purchased a utility fan for additional ventilation. These days, I work out more than ever and I couldn’t be more comfortable in my new gym.
