Things are so much easier in life when you are working on a team.
This goes for work situations, when you can feel the support of your co-workers who are dealing with the same management decisions and terrible customers as you are.
It’s great when you are training for a new sport or hobby, and benefit from commiserating with fellow newbies trying to break into the field. And it’s definitely real when it comes to home ownership. In fact, I’m not sure how single people manage to care for an entire house on their own. This has been something I’ve struggled with for the past few years, but I think that I finally figured out some small solution to my troubles. Living in a house alone, I’ve been overwhelmed with the number of chores and responsibilities that I have to keep up with. One of the things that I consistently fail to properly care for is my central heating, cooling, and ventilation system. I simply forget to change my air filters, have my air ducts professionally cleaned, and arrange regular maintenance service appointments. These are all tasks that I would love to share with another human, but I’m living the single life until further notice. Since I can’t rely on a romantic partner, I rely on my HVAC dealership. Every year I purchase their routine service and preventive maintenance package so that I’m not alone in this heating, cooling, and ventilation journey. It’s nice to know that somebody has my back and I can finally erase one thing from my to do list.
