I went to my friend’s new home the other afternoon. She gave me a tour & it’s extramoderate! It’s so new & it has the latest technology. It’ll be plenty more years until I can afford a apartment as good as hers. She has a good task & works hard for her cash, she deserves all of it. There were some really cool items in her house. She had a touch screen refrigerator & a state of the art living room. Her basement was fully furnished with a bar, a big screen TV & a big space for guests to hang out. One of the other cool things that I saw was the control system. This touch screen system was a little greater than a programmable thermostat & it was all touch screen. It almost looked like a mini PC on her wall. I pointed it out to her & asked her what its function was. She said that it controls her temperature & humidity levels by room & floor. I asked her why it was so costly. She pointed out that it also controls locking & unlocking her doors. And it even turns on & off her lights by room. I thought this was the coolest thing ever. It reminded me of something from the future. I asked how she got everything set up. She told me she had her Heating, Ventilation, & A/C provider install it. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C workers had to hook her Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system up to the control panel. I will absolutely have a control system on a wall in my own apartment someday.
