I am in the process of moving into a new home.
It’s a hard process, packing all of my belongings into boxes & carrying them into the moving truck.
I’ve had to go through most of my stuff & get rid of things. I want to transfer into a new empty home & transfer my stuff in separate from having the extra clutter. The apartment that I’m moving into is an older home. But the layout & design of the apartment is exactly what I’ve always wanted. There are some things that I’m going to need to upgrade though. The powder room & living room sinks are atrocious. They’re stained, chipped & are just ugly. I also want to redo the stone in the powder room & the backsplash in the living room. Since these are visible I want to get these tasks completed first. Then I want to toil on my basement & upgrade my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system. My Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system is almost as old as the house. I had a worker come to my apartment the other afternoon & he suggested replacing it. I’ve been looking into having the worker install a packaged system. Packaged systems are popular where I live in the south. The type of packaged system that I want is one with a heat pump. Heating & a/c functions in one unit. It can come with two stages of heating & cooling for maximum comfort & efficiency in my home. This is the type of packaged system that I would like installed even know there are many others.
