I recently sold my house to a couple that was just awful, then they were horrible the whole selling process. They complained, wanted currency off and jerked me around a ton. I finally decided that I would do anything to sell the house and I would get even in the long run. I kept a document full of necessary things for the house. I had all the warranties for appliances, passwords, hard switches, garage afternoon, etc; All essential things to the condo were saved in it. I didn’t end up giving it to them. They didn’t gain it. They wanted me to do a whole bunch of repairs before I left the house; One of them was for all current electric and plumbing. I said no. They pushed hard on a current roof for the house and the covered pool. I finally gave in because I wanted the condo sale to go; Joke’s on them though. They should have bought their own roof, and since it was up to me, I bought the cheapest roof known to man. I told the roofing supplier to supply me the discounted material and to slap it up for the low cost rate. I did not care if the roof actually was sealed and installed officially. The gentlemen took me to heart. The roof is now an ugly orangish color on the house and pool area. It looks gross. But hey, the couple got their free roof they were desperate for. I constantly manage to get even when people try to screw me out of currency.
