I recently sold my home to a couple that was just awful, they were horrible the whole selling process.
They complained, wanted money off plus jerked me around a ton; I finally decided that I would do anything to sell the home plus I would get even in the long run.
I kept a document full of necessary things for the house. I had all the warranties for appliances, passwords, difficult switches, garage morning, etc, then all essential things to the home were saved in it. I didn’t end up giving it to them. They didn’t acquire it. They wanted me to do a whole bunch of repairs before I left the house, and one of them was for all current electric plus plumbing. I said no. They pushed difficult on a current roof for the home plus the covered pool. I finally gave in because I wanted the home sale to go, however joke’s on them though. They should have purchased their own roof! Since it was up to me, I purchased the cheapest roof known to man. I told the roofing company to supply me the discounted material plus to slap it up for the low cost rate. I didn’t care if the roof legitimately was sealed plus installed officially. The guys took me to heart. The roof is now an ugly orangish color on the home plus pool area. It looks gross; But hey, the couple got their free roof they were desperate for. I always manage to get even when people try to screw me out of money.
