I recently sold my apartment to a couple that was just awful, and they were horrible the whole selling process.
They complained, wanted currency off and jerked me around a ton. I finally decided that I would do anything to sell the apartment and I would get even in the long run. I kept a document full of necessary things for the house. I had all the warranties for appliances, passwords, hard switches, garage afternoon, etc, but all essential things to the house were saved in it. I didn’t end up giving it to them. They didn’t gain it. They wanted me to do a whole bunch of repairs before I left the house, then one of them was for all modern electric and plumbing. I said no. They pushed hard on a modern roof for the apartment and the covered pool. I finally gave in because I wanted the house sale to go, but joke’s on them though. They should have bought their own roof. Since it was up to me, I bought the cheapest roof known to lady I told the roofing business to give me the discounted material and to slap it up for the low cost rate. I didn’t care if the roof really was sealed and installed officially. The guys took me to heart. The roof is now an ugly orangish color on the apartment and pool area. It looks gross, then but hey, the couple got their free roof they were desperate for. I consistently manage to get even when people try to screw me out of currency.
