I couldn’t have been happier the other day when out of nowhere my roommate came to me & pitched a new idea for saving the entire house additional money.
- She said that for some time now she had been thinking about reducing our energy usage in the home so that my buddy and I could keep more money in our pockets.
The two of us were absolutely shelling out a lot of money for our general utilities each month. My fantastic friend and I were both trying to save up some currency for quite a while, but it was really difficult when my buddy and I had such deranged energy bills. The energy bill, in particular, was the worst of the utilities & contributed vastly to our financial complications. My roommate had been thinking about this & doing some research, it turned out. She told me that my buddy and I could really save more currency by splitting down our cooling system usage throughout the day. She said, if my buddy and I could turn off the A/C in the middle of the day when my buddy and I were at work, this would literally you save us 50% on energy. I inquired how she intended to remember to turn down the temperature control everyday before work, & she told me she already had taken care of it. Apparently, my buddy and I had a programmable temperature control this entire time, which was capable of managing our cooling system throughout the day. It turns out, I just never learned how to use the air temperature control officially. Who knows how much money I could have saved if I had simply learn through the manual.
