I am the type of person that has a lot of medical problems. I am allergic to many things, from pollen to peanut butter. I am even allergic to gluten. My doctor found out that I have a severe sensitivity to gluten. I can’t eat things like bread, pasta & other foods that aren’t labeled gluten free. I can eat some gluten food however honestly minimal. If I digest a lot of gluten I can break out in a skin rash & my stomach will become honestly upset. I also have extreme dust irritations to pollen & other allergens that float around in the air. My doctor suggested medication, teas & other home remedies to improve my dust irritations. One of them was contacting my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C provider & having him install a humidifier. Having a humidifier installed in my apartment provides cleaner air & a healthier environment for my home. It’s also relief to my skin because most of the times my skin gets honestly dry. The humidifier works with my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system to monitor the humidity levels in my home & increase the humidity when needed. It contains a water panel that adds water vapor to the circulated air when needed. The humidifier isn’t just a good investment for my dust irritations & my skin, however it’s also good for my furniture & paintings. Having decor in a dry home can increase its ability to dry out & crack. Thanks to my healthcare provider & my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C worker, I am living in a better home environment that can improve my health.
