I always like to get my system diagnosed before every season hits. I always call my worker about three of four times a year to set an appointment. Between their visits of cleaning & inspecting my system, I always like to make sure my filter is clean. If my filter is not scrub & free of dust, I will upgrade it with a new one. I recently had a terrible experience with my old worker. He would always be late to the appointments & would always toil like he was in a hurry to get anywhere else. Personally, I don’t recognize he knew what he was doing half of the time. Now that I need an inspection before the winter time hits I’m going to have to look up a weird Heating, Ventilation, & A/C provider. I found one that is local & family operated. I’ve also heard good reviews about them from my friends. The worker showed up at my apartment on time & seemed honestly professional. When he went downstairs to my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system he didn’t seem like he was in a rush either. He took his time & thoroughly diagnosed & cleaned my system. When looking at my system he asked me a few questions & did some measurements. He told me that my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system was the wrong size for my house. By taking in account of critical factors such as: the temperature that my apartment is in, the number of windows, insulation & air duct, ceiling heights & the number of people living in my home it determined to be the inproper size. My Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit was too big! I was pretty miserable when hearing this since my old Heating, Ventilation, & A/C provider was the one that installed my system.
