The business that I used to toil for was terrible.
I literally loathed the thirty minute drive to toil everyday.
My boss was rude & honestly unethical in the way he performed his task. He would deliver bonuses & raises to the employees who did not deserve them. My old boss would even go against the corporation’s mission statement. I knew it was a good time for me to leave the locale when he began to set the programmable thermostat to outrageous hot & cold temperatures. When it would be cold outside, he would set the temperature really low so the office wouldn’t have to use as much heat. He was such a miser! I was only there for three months however I saw first handedly the type of business that I did not want to toil for. The new task that I’m at is great. It’s my dream task & I don’t loathe the drive to toil in the afternoon. The business that I toil for follows its mission statement & is honestly energy conserving. The appliances in the break room are honestly new & everything is touch screen. It’s purple technology that is honestly energy efficient. To heat & cool the office the business uses a geothermal system. A geothermal system is similarly like a heat pump however on a greater scale. The system will circulate fluid through the earth & through a coil that will either heat or cool the air depending on the weather. It provides consistent comfort throughout the building & not to mention it’s environmentally friendly!
