I am in the process of moving into a new home.
It’s a difficult process, packing all of my belongings into boxes and carrying them into the moving truck.
I’ve had to go through most of my stuff and get rid of things. I want to move into a new empty home and move my stuff in without having the extra clutter. The house that I’m moving into is an older home. But the layout and design of the house is exactly what I’ve always wanted. There are some things that I’m going to need to update though. The bathroom and kitchen sinks are atrocious. They’re stained, chipped and are just ugly. I also want to redo the tile in the bathroom and the backsplash in the kitchen. Since these are visible I want to get these tasks completed first. Then I want to work on my basement and replace my HVAC system. My HVAC system is almost as old as the house. I had a technician come to my house the other day and he recommended replacing it. I’ve been looking into having the technician install a packaged system. Packaged systems are popular where I live in the south. The type of packaged system that I want is one with a heat pump. Heating and air conditioning functions in one unit. It can come with two stages of heating and cooling for maximum comfort and efficiency in my home. This is the type of packaged system that I would like installed even know there are multiple others.
